Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellation Policy
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at info@maisonrayne.co.uk as soon as possible. If the item has not been processed, it may be cancelled.

Our Returns Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return your gift box within our 30 day returns period. If the purchase was placed more than 30 days ago, we are unable to accept returns.
If you return any products in accordance with our returns policy, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Items can be returned outside this period if they are found to be faulty but please pay extra attention to the specific care instructions provided with your purchase and on the product details page. A return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.

Returning Your Items & Refunds
Whether exercising your legal right to cancel or returning a product under our returns policy, certain items cannot be returned or refunded due to:

  • hygiene reasons i.e., earrings

  • personalisation i.e., greeting cards

  • sale items


Partial refunds may be given in the following circumstances and will be decided on a case by case basis:

  • damaged or missing items not the fault of Maison Rayne Limited


For any problems with your purchase, please email us first at info@maisonrayne.co.uk, we will review and will provide you with the return details.

Please note that you are responsible for your return postage costs. The original postage costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. If your purchase is worth more than £20, it is recommended to use a tracking service which covers the item in case it is damaged or goes missing.

 

Once your return has been received, we will send you a confirmation email. If it meets the returns policy above, we will process the refund without delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any products supplied.
