Send your Gift Box Straight to the Recipient

To send your gift box straight to the recipient, enter their name and address in the 'Customer Details' section at check-out. Add your email address and telephone number there too, and then enter your details in the 'Billing Information' section.

Don't forget to add a personal message to your order so they know who it's from. Why not add a personal greeting card too?

It is not currently possible to purchase items without a gift box.

Delivery & Collection Options

Gift boxes will be posted via Royal Mail

At check-out, choose between Fast Track, 1st or 2nd class delivery.

As standard, items will be sent either same day or next day depending on time of order.

Please note that during busy periods, we aim to post orders within 48 hours.

Fast Track service is available

For guaranteed same day dispatch, select Fast Track at check-out, and order before 11am, available Monday-Friday.

Orders will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service.

Local pick-up

If you're local to Highcliffe, Dorset, there is also an option to collect your gift box free of charge.

Choose 'pick-up' at check-out and wait for a notification that your order is ready.

Returns & Refunds

If you're not, you can return it.

Return within 30 days

Returns will be accepted if in complete and unused condition, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your order has been received and inspected, and it meets the returns policy, we will refund you straight away.
