Timings and Delivery Information

We endeavour to prepare and post your gift box either same day or the next day, depending on the time of order and post office opening times. Timeframes will vary on non-business days such as Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays.

If you purchase 'Fast Track Service' at check-out before 12pm Monday to Friday (exlcuding bank holidays), we will post your gift box same day using Royal Mail 24.

​

We do not accept liability for parcels arriving late due to delays with the postal service as this is out of our control.

 

The delivery options are:

• 'Fast Track Service' - Royal Mail 24 (tracked)

• 1st Class - 1-2 business days (no tracking)

• 2nd Class - 2-3 business days (no tracking)

 

If you have not received your gift box within 5 business days, we recommend you check with your local sorting office before contacting us. If you have still not received it after 10 days, please contact us.

Disclaimer & Limitations of Liability
Maison Rayne does not seek to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or that of its members, agents, directors or employees or for any fraudulent misrepresentation. To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither Maison Rayne shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of Maison Rayne or any of its members, agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.

 

The limitations of liability in these conditions shall apply equally for the benefit of Maison Rayne.

While Maison Rayne uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information on this Website is accurate and up to date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and Maison Rayne will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information. While Maison Rayne takes all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, it does not guarantee that your use of this Website will be interruption or error free and will not be responsible for any disruption, loss of or corruption of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material or data when downloaded onto any computer system.

Maison Rayne will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of these Terms or any other contract with you by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the products ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.
Maison Rayne may assign or transfer any of its rights or sub contract any of its obligations under these Terms to any third party. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or sub contract any of your obligations under these Terms except with the specific permission in writing of Maison Rayne.

No person who is not a party to these Terms shall have any right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. Nothing in these conditions is intended nor shall affect any of your statutory rights that may not be legally excluded.

Giveaway Competition Terms

Entrants must subscribe to Maison Rayne's email updates using the pop-up on the home page. Entries will be accepted until midnight on Sunday 29th September 2024. One winner will be chosen at random by Maison Rayne on Monday 30th September 2024.

The winner will receive an email confirmation from info@maisonrayne.co.uk and will then be sent an e-gift voucher for the amount of £15 (fifteen pounds sterling) to be spent on any of the gift boxes on the Maison Rayne website. Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to someone else. UK entries only. Gift boxes can only be posted to addresses in the UK. If you have any questions relating to these terms or the competition, please contact us.

Free Local Delivery Offer Terms

The 'Free Local Delivery' offer is valid on all in-person purchases made on Saturday 28th September 2024 at the Ferndown Barrington Centre Craft Fayre, and is available within a 4 mile radius of Ferndown Town Centre (post code BH22 9TH) and a 3 mile radius of Christchurch (post code BH23 5NX). This offer includes all Maison Rayne gift boxes.

Pre-ordered Christmas Limited Edition boxes will be delivered in time for Christmas, most likely before mid-October. Other gift boxes will be delivered within 7-10 days. If you have any questions relating to these terms or this offer, please contact us.
